All prices in the shopping areas are in Australian dollars (AU$) and are inclusive of GST.
FREE delivery!
All postage from One Stop, whether small or big is free. There are no hidden or additional costs.
Payment
Your payment can be made via paypal, which also accepts either Mastercard and Visa. Your credit or debit card information will not be stored on any of our computers. Payment in full is required when placing an order, but on orders over $500, only 50% deposit is required.
Packages
If you purchased a package and wish to cancel before any work has commenced, a refund will be given - less any actual work produced by One Stop Marketing. Design fees are not-refundable once the design process has commenced.
Printing
We will only start printing once you have approved the artwork in writing (electronic form such as email). We don't accept verbal approvals. While we do our very best to follow your instructions, it is your final responsibility to ensure all information on the artwork is accurate, that there are no spelling or grammar mistakes and the images that you provided to us are of good quality.
One Stop Marketing will only consider a refund if there was an error with the printing made by us. This does not include any aspect of artwork errors including spelling & grammar mistakes.
Delivery of printed products
When a design has been finalised and approved, we send the artwork to print, and we will email you an estimated delivery date. We aim to deliver within 5-7 working days once the order is placed. Some products have a fast print schedule, some take a bit longer. All postage from One Stop, whether small or big is free! There are no hidden or additional costs.
Hosting
Hosting fees are paid annually. If you wish to change providers or terminate your website, you can write to us requesting a refund for web hosting fees. You will be refunded the remainder of the term - we just need one months notice to cancel.
